Terms of Service

When you commission me or buy any of my art (YCHs, adoptables, P2U linearts, etc) you automatically agree to the following conditions. If your requests don’t follow these conditions, I have a right to deny them.

Commissions

0. Full prepayment only via Boosty.
0.1. Payment plans are available for the prices more than 120 USD. In this case I'll start drawing the commission when I get the first half of the payment. But you'll get the final comm only when you pay the second half. The first installment must be at least 50% of the whole sum. You have no more than a month to pay the whole price.1. REFERENCE SHEET. To commission me you need a refsheet of the character you want me to draw and it should contain all the important details of the character design.
1.1. I always take into account all the info you give me about the character, so it's better to provide me with all important information before I start drawing your comm.
1.2. I don’t draw by description if it isn’t a custom design.2. PREFERENCES. You need to tell me all your ideas and preferences before I start sketching your commission, because the price of the final art piece highly depends on your preferences. After I got the payment, all the requests for changing the pose/bg/colors/etc will be denied.
2.1. If you don’t have any preferences and you give me full artistic freedom - I’m free to draw anythings that I feel suitable for your character(see also 1.1.). In this case, I can refuse to change anything.
2.2. I can't draw several sketches for you to choose one you like more. I draw one sketch for one commission.3. EDITS AND PROCESS. If you want, you can ask for wips and then you can ask for minor corrections on the stage of sketch and colors if I did some mistakes.
3.1. If you forgot to ask me to draw something and you really, REALLY need to add to the drawing, there are two variants: 1 – if it doesn’t require a lot of resketching / relining / recoloring / reshading, I can do it for extra payment (from 5 USD and more); 2 – if it requires a lot of things to redraw, I can refuse to do it.4. DEADLINES. I always try to draw as fast as I can. It takes from 5 days to 3 weeks to draw a commission.
4.1. If you need the drawing to be done by a certain date, you should tell me about it in advance and not earlier than a month before the expected date.5. REFUNDS. No refunds, sorry. The money goes through several sources before I get them to my bank card and it's really hard for me to send money back.6. COPYRIGHTS. The copyright of the final art piece stays with me. I have rights to upload the commission to my galleries and any other sites, post wips, create step by steps. However, I won’t distribute full-size versions and psd files.
6.1. YOU CAN: use the commission for non-Commercial use only (use it as an avatar, upload to your gallery, print for yourself/friends/parents/etc for free only)
6.2. YOU CAN’T: use the commission for Commercial use, edit and redraw the commission by yourself / ask someone to redraw it without my written permission!
6.3. BUT if you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights please ask me BEFORE I start drawing your commission.
6.4. I don't draw pics for your personal use. All the requests to not post the commission anywhere will be denied.

Custom Designs

1. I take full prepayment and start sketching only after getting it.2. I usually show wips twice: when sketches are done and when coloring is done. You can ask for changes twice: when I show you sketches(for changes in sketches) and when I show you a colored ref(for changes in colors/markings).3. Please, figure out every detail of your custom before I start drawing it! Any refs, photos, color palettes are appreciated, they help me to get the better understanding of your ideas.4. If you decide that you want to correct smth / add smth to already lined and colored ref, I will charge extra 5-10 USD for each new change.5 After finishing custom I give you a refsheet with text and without it. If you want a version without BG, feel free to ask. But be aware, I don't give psd files.6. You have all rights for the final design of the character.
6.1. As for the refsheet of the character, you are allowed to edit the information on it since you have a version without text. In case you have the version without BG, you can edit BG, info, move and swap parts of the refsheet.
6.2. You are not allowed to edit / redraw the character on the reference sheet, remove my watermark. If you want to edit it, ask me for it (for extra payment only). If there are a lot of changes, better ask for a new reference sheet.

Adoptables

1. With an adoptable you get a full size refsheet in two versions(with and without text). If you need a version without BG, ask me.2. YOU CAN trade and resell the character, but not for any higher price than you got it for.
2.1. BUT if you have more than 3 commissioned detailed artworks with this character, you can choose any price you want.3. YOU CAN change the name, gender, info. You can make minor changes in design.
3.1. If you want to change a lot of details - better make a new design of the char; in this case, you can sale the old one.4. YOU CAN'T steal, use and copy an adoptable in any way.5. Notify me, please, when the character passes to a new owner.

P2U linearts

1. You CAN make your own characters, refsheets, money and points adoptables, custom designs, any drawings based on this lines. COLLAB adopts are possible only if both artists bought the lineart.
2. You CAN add more detials, edit lineart as you like.
3. You CAN'T resell, gift or otherwise distribute .psd file of this lineart.
4. You CAN'T delete my signature from lineart BUT you can move it to any place on the canvas.

Examples: a refsheet with one flat fullbody(60-80) + shaded headshot(50-60) = 110-140 USD (depends on complexity of a character, custom like Dark Horse would cost 110 USD)
a refsheet with one flat fullbody(60-80) + one flat headshot(30-40) = 90-120 USD
etc, any refsheet variations, just summarize all elements you want to see on your refsheet
